Participation is entirely voluntary. Customers are not required to leave a review and may request not to receive further review invitations by contacting admin@procheck.nz.
PRO CHECK does not make receiving inspection services conditional on agreeing to review invitations.
6. Storage and Security
Customer information may be retained in business systems used by PRO CHECK, including:
- WordPress and Elementor, which store website form submissions.
- Gmail, which is used for customer correspondence and retaining emailed inspection reports.
- FastField, which is used to prepare inspection documentation and invoices.
Access to customer information is limited to authorised personnel who require it for legitimate business purposes.
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information against unauthorised access, misuse, loss and disclosure. However, no electronic storage or communication system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We do not sell customer personal information.
We may share information with service providers where reasonably necessary to operate our business, including providers of website hosting, email, inspection management and other business technology.
